"cannot close file"

When uploading from my computer to the web site I get a server error "cannot
close file"JIm.jpg.tmp"". It was working OK before?
 
Contact your web host and ask then to run a server health check on your account and allow it to
correct permissions.

Check with your host that you have not exceeded (or are very close to)
your disc space allocation on the server.
