Cannot clear some URL history???

Since most went away and a few didn't, I would guess those
few left something else behind. I would download Adaware
6 with all available updates and run a scan. Delete
everything it finds and then see if the issue is
resolved. Adware will find all spyware, adware, cookies
and garbage that you don't want. Best of luck!

I'm quite sure it's not spyware and I have used Ad-aware. These are the
sites I knowingly visit.

Maybe the URLs are somehow saved in the registry? If someone can point me
in the right direction to check I would appreciate it.

I offered that suggestion and you said you had already done that.

Typed URL's: Start/Run/Regedit: Open your registry and find the key below
and delete any value you want to remove.
