Cannot Change Control Panel Display Settings

Everyting on my CPU screen is huge and the color looks all
tie died, everything else works fine,.....when I try to
change the Color Palette or Desktop Area in the Display
settings, it does not change and it goes back to the big
screen (640 by 860) and crazy colors,.....please help if
you have fixed this issue

Are you sure your graphics board is working? It may be

loose in the socket and not being regonized.
