I'm having a problem with a telecommuting user that I hope one of you has
seen before. He is connecting remotely using a Baynetworks client. As
soon as the connection attempts to set his WINS servers the following
appears in the system event log:
Event Type: Warning
Event Source: Server
Event Category: None
Event ID: 2504
Date: 10/1/2003
Time: 6:20:31 PM
User: N/A
Computer: MARK
Description:
The server could not bind to the transport
\Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{3D00C6B3-176B-46BF-8CFA-91C8CE263379}.

As far as I can tell the settings are correct. I did try manually
specifying NetBIOS over TCP/IP with no luck. Also reinstalled the
protocols. I know he's fooled around with the network set up quite a bit,
but I'm not seeing anything obviously wrong. Can you provide some guidence?
