I have one e.mail stuck in Outmail and am unable to either cancel or delete
it. A message appeared from WM reading >Message could not be displayed< and
underneath reads<Windows mail encountered an unexpected problem while
displaying this message. Suggested < Check you computer for low memory or
disk space and try again> Have tried to check this but am unable to determine
a problem.
Until I can clear the Outmail I am unable to use WM, because I have I have
no confidence that my e.mails are going out.
WHAT MUST I DO TO SORT THIS PROBLEM???

I ran this fix from the link you provided and the ghost messages in the
outbox still exist. When I choose the clear outbox link it comes up with an
error message that the database cannot be accessed. I've deleted all
accounts and readded. Any other suggestions?

I have enjoyed reading everyones problems and some even hit on my own
problems. BUT what do we do with all this complaining? Is anyone
receiving answers? What's the good of reading all the problems if we don't
also get the solutions. I'm at my wit's end.

In all your reading did you somehow manage to miss all the responses
that provided workarounds?

Microsoft wants you to upgrade to Windows Live Mail:

If nothing else, you'll have a different set of problems so you won't
get bored. ;-)

Ignore it if you can. It is worse than useless complaining here.
All it does is reduce the signal to noise ratio.
Is anyone receiving answers?

Yes, but unfortunately people often don't care to confirm
a successful solution since their personal little world is OK.

You might find it easier to search for solutions using this...

Unresolved problems are actually very few and far between.
