I have something that has 'latched' onto my control panel
settings -- maybe a drive by download program? -- I am
unable to gain any access to the add/remove programs
command. (to get rid of the culprits)
at top, I am told that 'there are no programs installed on
this computer' (interesting note huh?) when scrolling
down, I find the list of programs, but cannot gain access
to the change or remove toggle buttons - no highlight at
either button.
please advise what may have been affected and how to
correct.
