Cannot Add new Tasks in Mailbox

Whenever the user goes to add a new task on there mailbox
the following message comes up "Could not complete the
operation One or more parameter values are not valid".

Is there a fix for this?

Anyone have any ideas ???

What version of Outlook? Do you connect to an Exchange Server?
