cannot add an http email account like yahoo

I have tried to add my yahoo email account to microsoft outlook 2003 and i
keep getting
Task 'www.yahoo.ca (1): Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported error
(0x80070057) : 'An unknown error has occurred. Please save any existing work
and restart the program.'

that

I added my hotmail account with no problems what so ever
i thinkit has something to do with the url address is nin correct or
something

any help would be great

The Help FAQ's at Yahoo! Mail can walk you through this. FYI, you have to be
using Yahoo! Mail Plus! (the subscription service, not the free one). It is
configured as a POP3 account.
