I've done alot of things today but fixing your eMail was not one of them.
And, as you have posted your *demand* to the public Microsoft Access, a
database software product, newsgroup it most likely won't be fixed by anyone
here. I would suggest you start with comcast and work your way up from
there.
Oh, and as a side note, your eMail has probably been harvested by spammers.
So once you can access it get, duck!

database program "Microsoft Access", not for questions about "access to the
internet".
Contact Comcast technical support and get their help.
