cannot access net passport.

my grandson opened a net passport and cannot remember the
password. i am unable to get support from microsoft. i
need permission from microsoft to back up files in the
windows registry. this is required before i delete files
that were created by cydoor software that was detected by
norton internet security. maybe someone has their e-mail
address.

Go to http://www.passport.net/ and click on Reset your password. Follow the
instructions and he will soon have control over the account provided that he
remembers what his secret question was!

Please look at your keyboard. You will find a Shift key. Use of the shift
key will make your post more readable.

Your first sentence has nothing to do with the rest of your post.

WRT your second sentence, what have your tried?

WRT your third sentence, you do not need permission form Microsoft {note the
use of M vice m} to backup your registry files. There are several ways to
backup your registry. One is to create a restore point. See Windows Help and
Support.

I have no idea WRT the rest of your post.
