Cannot access my personal profile on XP because "it may be corrupted"

This is my personal laptop. I have XP on it with a
personal profile which only I use. Since 3-4 days ago,
when I turn on my computer it sebds me to a "blank"
profile because it says my profile cannot be accessed
because it may be corrupted.

What can I do because I have a business and keeps most of
my infos in there? Please help and email me at

Hi Vanessa,

Generally, if a profile is corrupted there is little you can do to fix it.
You will need to create a new profile and copy the old one to it:
