cannot access msconfig

I am unable to access my config panel from the run program. I want to change
the settings but cannot gain access. Any ideas?

I seem to have to have the same problem...does this mean that ALL of my
files are lost? If not, is there something that I cna download to rid the
virus? Please advise -thank you

Update your anti virus software and run a full system scan.

Open Internet Exolorer, paste this in the Address box and click GO.
