Cannot access LAN properties

Hi All,

Today is my bad time for me, suddenly i cannot change my ip address
and i cannot open my

LAN properties. when i try to open LAN properties i got message "You
don't have sufficien priviledge for
accessing connection properties. contact administrator. when i see my
login in computer management, my login is member of administrator. so
what the problem ???

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time
things worked and the time they didn't?

The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the
malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what
programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?

Be sure the computer is clean:

I only connect my laptop to wirelless internet after that i turn off
my laptop. when i turn on and change the ip address i got that message
.. I already check using Mcafee viruscan, no virus found. ( i cannot
found version of my antivirus)
