I get the following error message when I try to open the Internet Options in
Internet Explorer (under the Tools menu):
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator."
Unfortunately that's me, and I don't know where this restriction is located.
The error only happens under one of the three user accounts I have set up on
the computer. All three user accounts have system administrator privileges.
Does anybody have any suggestions? I am currently running a virus scan; it
last ran two days ago, but I may have picked up a new one since then.
