Cannot Access Hotmail

Hi,

Yesterday I created an account with Microsoft Office Live Small Business
(MOLSB), added an additional domain, registered it and created an email
account on it. Interestingly, now when I go to the MSOLB web site and sign
in, the e-mail pane displays my Hotmail messages not my new email account
ones. Concurrently, Outlook 2007, which had been working fine till then, all
of a sudden cannot Connnect To Hotmail!!

Is there any relationship between these two issues? And how can I fix the
problem?

Thanks, VanguardLH. This is an excellent explanation. Actually, I used my old
Hotmail account Id when I created my Office Live Id, and when I check my
Hotmail via IE, it is using WLM. I also have WLM but I have other email
accounts (some non-free) which I use Outlook 2007 for, so I'd rather stick
with it. This then means I need to download and install the Outlook Connector
(OC) to support the WLM DeltaSync.

I have however heard some negatives about OC. It ended up disabling a number
of Outlook features (a friend went through that but I don't know the
details). Do you know of any side effects of OC that would affect free (e.g.
Hotmail, GMail, etc) or non-free (POP/SMTP) email accounts?
