cannot access control panel

I have xp, when I open start menu, I click on either my
computer or control panel and the desk top would blank
out then come back but would not either enter control
panel or my computer, reinstalled xp and still have the
same problem.

Download all of these utilities and scan the system.

Note: Spyware removers are rules-based and are updated very frequently as and when new malware is discovered. Therefore, update both of these tools before scanning, very important.
