cannot access anything in windows

hi
I can access programmes from my start menu, but when i try to do anything in
a window, i cannot! i can open "my computer" and its ok, but anything else -
recycle bin, or my hard drive etc, the screen freezes up and i get an error
sending report for dr. watson and i have to end the dr.watson process, and i
can continue to use other programmes, but i still cant get into my hard drive
window or recycle bin etc.

please help me cos its doing my head in!

You've got some spyware or viruses or both, most likely. Download adaware
from www.lavasoftusa.com and start with that.
