cannot access any user account after deleting adware

i deleting some adware and now windows will boot up but it will not operate
at all. this is a company computer and i fear it has crashed.
 
That's pretty general.

What specifically do you mean by "it will not operate at all"?

Are you getting any error messages?

Can you boot in Safe Mode (tapping the F8 key a few times while booting)? If
yes, then scan for spyware and viruses.

Or, if you can boot from your Windows XP CD-ROM, then consider a Repair
Install.
