Cannot access a website

I am really quite computer illiterate but I have a
favourite site that I enjoy visiting frequently. For some
reason I cannot access it and I keep getting a page
popping up file://C:\WINDOWS\froaiexglgllgl.htm#http://www
Search the Web-Incorrect Error Page
When I try to go back a Spyware programme pops up WARNET.
How do I get rid of this???

Sounds like spyware or a home page hijacker.
