Cannot access 2K computer on network after SP4

Hi folks,

I have 2 PCs on the home network, one 2K Pro, another XP home and
either was well accessible from the other one (in workgroup).

I then recently reformatted the 2K one, installed 2K again and then
immediately SP4. I didn't touch the XP one in any way. I still can
access the XP from the 2K as before, but not vice versa. I can see the
2K's name in the Explorer, but when I dbl-click on it, it displays a
login screen which I cannot defeat. I didn't set any passwords or
privileges during the 2K installation. I made all drives on the 2K
shared.

Any ideas how to make the 2K accessible?

TIA

Create an identical account (username/password) on both computers. Log into
the home computer using this account.
