Cannot acces PC from network after patches were installed

I'm logged in to the remote computer as network admin
I can ping the workstation
After I installed anti-Sasser patches on the workstation, I cannot access it from the network or display shares
When accessing it from Explorer by the name or IP address, I get
"Cannot find the file or item '\\<name or IP>. Make sure the path and file name are correct. Type go <Search Text> to use AutoSearch

When accessing from "My Network Places", computer is displayed under domain tree, but when I click on it, I ge
\\Name is not accessible. The network path was not found

C:\>net view \\nam
System error 53 has occurred
The network path was not found

Any help would be very helpfu

Remove and add once again File and print sharing for microosft network
Check for Fire wall setting ...If you have one installed in your system
