I had to uninstall my printer. the little symbol in printers didn't appear. I
went into cannon & downloaded the drives, & even tried to use my printer cd,
but it can't find my port. I called cannon & he walked me through it. when
I go into control panel & printers I can't add a printer it won't open. He
told me it was the computer not the printer. any suggestions other than take
it to the computer dr.
