Canno open attachment in Excel, Word

When I double click on the Excel attachment I get the
error message:
Cannot save the attachment. Can't create file (here it
shows the name of the attachment file). Right click the
folder you want to create the file in, and then click
Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions
for the folder.

Hi,
I am having the exact same problem! It just started
recently and I can't figure out why this is happening all
of the sudden. I'm wondering if it was a bug when
updating windows. Who knows but if you get any answers,
could you please share them with me? Thanks!
