Can you specify multiple styles in one StyleRef?

Hi,
I have two level 1 Headings in my document - "Heading 1" and "UHeading1".
I can set up a StyleRef field code to pick up Heading 1 so that it appears
in the document header. However, I can't seem to specify multiple styles in
one StyleRef field so that the header will pick up either Heading 1 or
UHeading 1, depending on which may be on a page.
Is this possible?

I'm looking for the same utility (display a XXXXX continued whichever of
Heading 1, Heading 2, or Heading 3, if such a segment breaks across multiple
pages)
