Can you set an image to rotate via animation in ppt?

I know how to rotate and flip images, but can you set up custom animation to
flip an image or rotate it in ppt? If so, HOW?

If you have PowerPoint 2002/xp or newer, there is an Emphasis animation
"Rotate".
