Need a way continually send data from computer system to a PC with Microsoft
Word.

What kind of data? Why did you pick Word to process the data? What
is Word going to do with it?
 
Data from a hospital base system that I think uses HLA7. It's on all PC's. I
want the program to save data for review.
 
You are going to have to tell us a lot more about the data, its format and
what you propose to do with it, if you expect anyone to have a clue what you
are talking about. We have not seen your system or its data! For a start
your data is already saved or you wouldn't be able to use it! Your hospital
IT support would be a good place to start.
