Can you see a 'My Templates' tab in FrontPage 2003

I have the EXACT same problem as JB posted on 9/27/2004. Some people can see
a My Templates tab, but for JB and I it doesn't show up. Can YOU see it when
you select New Web Site? What's the fix?
 
Post the URL of your site and explain what the problem is

The My Templates tab only shows up if you have custom page templates saved
on your computer. If it doesn't show up, then that means it would be empty
anyway. If you want to see it, open a page, choose File > Save As... and
save the page as a template. Next time you go to the page templates dialog,
the template you saved will be in the My Templates tab.
