Can you run Runtime Access solely off of a CD

I have an Access application the end user would like to access on the CD
(read only), but does not want any files loaded. Is there a way to do this by
running the Access Runtime off the CD and not requiring anything be loaded on
the PC?

Unfortunately, no there is not.

Have you done anything with Data Access Pages? Would they need to have
supporting files installed on the PC as well?
