can you paste text and create new slides at same time?

i'm trying to paste many pages of text from MS Word into ppt, and want to
create a new slide for each page break - anyone know how to do that?

Use the Word Function "Send to PowerPoint. As long as your document is laid out
in outline format, with a page break for each slide. It should come across with
very little editing in PowerPoint.
