No. A scanned document is a picture of a document. Any elements it might
contain -- text boxes, text, other pictures, etc. -- all are part of a
single picture. The text box isn't a textbox anymore. It's just part of the
larger picture.
In some cases, you can use OCR (optical character recognition) to convert a
scanned document into text and other component parts. But, the results are
seldom excellent (in my experience), and often requires more work than
simply recreating the document from scratch.
