Can you make header/footer font size independent of the body?

Hi!

Sometimes you have to fint a worksheet into a single page for
presentation purposes, by scaling it.
In doing so, can you make the header/footer font size independent of
the scale of the worksheet?
More often than not, what goes into the header/footer does not
necessarily have to be scaled along with the worksheet.
For example, "Attachment #" or the page number, do not have to be
scaled down just because the worksheet is being scaled down.

Is this feasible?
 
Not within XL, AFAIK.

You could embed your worksheet within a Word document containing the
header/footer and scale it as necesary.
