Can you make a network boot floppy to attach to a PC?

If I'm running Windows XP SP2, can I create a network boot floppy (or CD)
that will allow me to attach to the PC from another computer so that I can
run ghost.exe from the 2nd PC?

Thanks

Hiren's BootCD 8.1 contains:

"Universal TCP/IP Network 5.6
MSDOS Network Client to connect via TCP/IP to a Microsoft based
network. The network can either be a peer-to-peer or a server based
network, it contains 85 different network card drivers"
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/hiren.thanki/bootcd.html

You need to find Hiren's BootCD 8.1 it's not located at that site.
