I want to collect all the images that are used in our PP presentation so that
I can resize them and make them all RGB instead of CMYK. Is there a way to do
that? I really don't want to go to all the folders that are used for images
to copy and paste them into one single folder. Yes, I want them in one
folder, but I don't want it to be time intensive.

If you save your presentation as a web page, the images and other files will be
gathered into a folder.

Do you mean the images that are already used in an existing PPT file?
If so, and if you didn't link them, they're included whole in the PPT;
PowerPoint is no longer looking at the originals no matter where they came from
on the HDD.

And for that matter, it's already converted them to RGB internally when it
imported them. It doesn't store CMYK images.

If they're linked images, that's a different matter. Get a copy of the free
FixLinks demo -- see http://fixlinks.pptools.com

It'll move all the linked images into the folder with the PPT for you.
