Can you create a newsgroup with FP?

I really like the layout of this newsgroup, and would like
to duplicate the functionality on my website for users to
leave messages and start threads for each other. Can this
be done with FP?

I'm working with that now. I already have an Access DB.
I just wanted to create something that looked like this
newsgroup. I'm not sure the discussion web is what I
need, but I will give it a try.

Yes it can create a forum with the new page wizard, but

your server will need FP extentions installed to run it

If you want something more than the FrontPage Discussion component..you
might want to look at Web Wiz Forums. A free ASP Access or SQL product
located here:
