Can you create a gray text "For Example" overlay in Word?

I'm putting together an informational packet in Word (Office 2003) and want
to include an official form - but only as an example. I have seen before
where a page of black text is overlaid with some gray text - sometimes
stretching diagonally across the page - saying "For Example Only" or "Not for
Official Use". Does anyone know how to do this?

Format > Background > Printed Watermark, select Text Watermark, type in what
you want to appear, select Font size and color.

This is a version of WordArt which is placed in the header, which you could
also use.

Thank you! Now how do I get it to apply to one *one* page of my document?
I've tried creating section breaks around the one page that I want it on, but
so far, when I create the watermark it applies to the entire document.

Either create the watermark manually and anchor it to a paragraph on the
page (with Behind Text wrapping), or, if the one page happens to be the
first page of a section or the only page of a section, anchor it to that
First Page Header/Header only (unlinked from previous and following
headers).
