can you change database / microsoft works to a current prog in XP

I am using a Database set up in Microsoft Works, I wish to transfer the data
to a current prog. using XP ?
 
Export the data from Works to a DBase format.
You can then import that into an Access database.

You cannot import the forms and reports from Works.
