My new computer has Windows XP Home. However, I need to
connect to my company network donain. Does not seem like
you can do this with XP Home. IS there a way ?

You'll need to upgrade to Windows XP Professional
in order to have the networking capabilities necessary
to join a Domain.

There isn't any native way to do so.. There are some 3rd
party progams who claim to offer support for XP Home to
access a domain server, but I haven't managed to get it
to work myself. (I now avoid XP Home in any network
situation) You can visit this site to see the
differences:

Good luck!

No, XP home can't join a domain.
It's a design limitation.

You can connect to domain resources by supplying a domain username/password
when prompted, but you will need to do this each time you connect.

Probably best to upgrade to XP Pro. ( and then re-apply SP1. )
