Can view attached pictures in Outlook

I have been using Outlook Express, now switched to
Outlook. One inconvenience - I can view picture
attachment in Outlook itself - I have to launch picture
viewing program everytime... I don't have to do this with
Outlook Express.

Any idea how can I do something about this?

You can't. Outlook only views pictures in-line when they were inserted
in-line (Insert Picture) by the sender. When they were inserted as
attachment (Insert-> File...) they won't be displayed in-line.
