Im going to have more than one person using a computer with outlook and want
to share it. Can you have 2 seperate accounts or users on here with seperate
passwords?

Best bet is to setup separate OS users with passwords on each.

Option1
Create new User Acoounts for each user and create passwords for them. When a
particular user logs in, they will have their own Outlook data.

Option2
If you'd prefer to have single login, then you can create several Outlook
Profiles, each creating its own .PST file. Password protect the .PST files.
You can create additional Profiles using the Mail applet found in Control
Panel - just be sure to "Prompt for a profile" is selected.

You cannot have to mail accounts open at the same time in Outlook as only
one instance of Outlook can run at any time.

Option3

Use Outlook Web Access if connected to Exchange Server OR HTTP webmail if
facility provided by your ISP/company.

I have two domains hosted by one exchange provider. I need to have a single
client access two exchange accounts, one on each domain. It is easy to
receive mail and forward it or make the account an alias, but I need a single
client to be able to send from an address either domains.

When I try to set up the second account in Outlook 2007, I get the message
only one exchange account allowed. Does 2007 allow two accounts?

And if I can't what is the structural reason I can't.
Thanks
