Can the template signature be removed from view?

I utilized a resume template provided by www.signform.ca, and the signature
remains in view at the bottom. Is it necessary that it does, or can I remove
it without being penalized for it?

What does this have to do with the database application, Microsoft ACCESS?

Seems to me you should ask your question of the company you got the template
from, or post it in a WORD newsgroup.
