Can¡¦t use MSN email in Outlook

Please help!

I have a hotmail email account, and can receive email in my Outlook.
Recently I register another hotmail account, but I can¡¦t use it in my
Outlook. Is that because the hotmail now can¡¦t use in outlook?

Hotmail access via Outlook and Outlook Express is discontinued for new
accounts and is being phased out for older, non-paying accounts. You will
need to use their paid service, much like Yahoo! Mail.
