Can' t locate file in c:\temp\ixp000.tmp ???

I am trying to install MSN Explorer 7.02. It complains
that can find several files (like mail.mar, etc) and it's
trying to find them in c:\temp\ixp000.tmp.

I am running Windows 2000 Professional. Can anyone help?
