Can specific objects w/in a database have user access restrictions?

I need to know if it is possible to restrict user access to
specific/individual objects within an ACCESS database? Also, is there a way
to keep user's out of the table design area? Thank You.

You can use User Level Security to restrict user access to Forms, Reports, etc. See the Security FAQ for more info:

You can set various startup options that will show/hide the database window. Click Tools - Startup and review the
options shown. However, be aware that users can also do the same thing and re-enable that option unless you build your
own custom menus and remove that menuitem.
