can someone tell me how to activate Vista Ultimate

I just get rid of my busniess version Vista and install the Ultimate
version.
try internet KMS activation but doesn't seem to work. it worked b4.
someone know what happen?

Others may well correct me but AFAIK KMS does not work with Ultimate.
Only Business and Enterprise.
