Can send but not receive

Through outlook 2003. I can send but can NOT receive. I
can access my email via web access and CAN send and

What happens when you try? Does anything get written to the event log? If
you enable Outlook logging, what's in the log files?

Hey Brian,
I can send as i mentioned. a copy of the message goes to
the sent items folder. It's just when people reply, i can
not receive it through outlook. I can only access it
through the web (mail1.abac.com). If it helps, i'm
running XP Pro /w SP2.

Does this mean Outlook doesn't download the message?

You haven't given enough information. What do the other people get when
they try to reply? Do they get a NDR?

I assuming other people don't have a problem replying
since I haven't heard any complaints..by the way, what's
a NDR? I think my problem is solved. Thanks to a post
earlier today. Your other guess about outlook not
downloading the emails was correct. I simply had to click
the send/receive button. Now I'm going to try to figure
out how to automatically receive mail without pressing
that button.

I think my problem is solved. Thanks to a post
earlier today. Your other guess about outlook not
downloading the emails was correct. I simply had to click
the send/receive button. Now I'm going to try to figure
out how to automatically receive mail without pressing
that button.

In OL 2002, click Tools>Send/Receive Settings>Define Send/Receive Groups and
check the "Schedule an automatic send/receive" box, specifying a reasonable
