Can send; but CANNOT receive mail

I currently have an email account in which I have previously viewed (mail)
over the internet. When i got Windows Mail, i tried to convert my entire
mail account over to Windows, so i didn't have to login and view mail over
the internet.

I had a hard time trying to "sync" my mail, but now i can send mail from
Windows, but when I receive mail, it goes to my internet account instead.

Any ideas?? Thank's all!!
 
When you try to receive, does it show an error message?
If so, copy it and post it here.
Who is your mail provider, and what type of account is it, POP
or IMAP? Note that POP accounts don't really synchronize.
