Can "Search Folders" work on Public Folders

I can't figure out how to set up a Search Folder to include content in a Public Folder. Is this possible in Outlook?

Our company has us put all mail to save in a "personal" Public Folder instead of the "Vault". I would like to use a Search Folder to help organize all the messages that I'm putting in this single flat Public Folder.

Thanks for any help.

Not possible.

BCM doesn't use public folders so this isn't really the best thread to reply
in - you ought to create a new post so you're more likely to get replies.
That said, have you tried this in BCM? I haven't, so I can't say.

have not tried BCM at all but will be attempting
it as early as today.does BCM use shared personal
folders to do this ? you're right about the new
thread. i'll go start one in a more appropriate forum.
thanks.

Hi - BCM data can't be shared. Try microsoft.public.outlook.bcm.

BCM uses MSDE (mini SQL Server) and fakes that store as an Outlook data
store. It's not set up for sharing.
