OUTLOOK 2007 - Search Public Folders

Hi,

I've a question about OUTLOOK 2007 witch is:

When I try to search in the PUBLIC FOLDERS, I can't manage to select
the Subfolders option in the advance find. I've read a little of it
in
Microsoft and it seems that there's a kind of limitation for this to
happen. But all the messages in PUBLIC FOLDERS are in a single
computer, and they are shared with everybody in the network, so is it
or not possible
to search subfolders in the PUBLIC FOLDERS?

Thanks in advance,

JC

A public folder is considered an "individual message store" and as such,
search can only do one folder at a time - not subfolders. It's been like
this since the beginning of time - or at least since the beginning of
outlook. There are search tools that will search all folders.

Hi Diane, thanks for your answer.

I've seen the slipstick site and found what I was looking for. And the
best of it is that it really works.

Thanks again

JC
