Can Retail versions be 'moved' from one computer to another

Can a Retail verson of XP PRO Upgrade be removed from one computer and
installed on another (if the second computer has an OS license)?

You said "move" - that is to take off one system and put on another -
leaving only one licensed/running copy and the old machine without anythin.
Yes - you can move RETAIL licenses of Windows XP in that manner.

Thank you for making me aware that any MS product can be "moved" as long ias
it's a Retail version..
