Can receive but not send e-mails - via Sky ISP on Windows Mail

Slow Steve

Error message is as follows:
The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Test', Account: 'Steve',
Server: 'smtp.sky.tools.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

This is driving me absolutely crackers and has wasted about 5 hours of my
life. Any help would be hugely appreciated.
